What is included in the platform price?

Important payment information
Tutoring lesson fees are not included in access plans or token packs. Optional booking, payment-processing, verification, advertising or promotional charges should be shown separately before checkout.
Quarterly and yearly plans are prepaid. Cancelling renewal prevents the next charge while access continues until the paid period ends.
Pricing questions
What does one student contact token unlock?
One token unlocks a tutor's full contact details and starts an ongoing conversation with that tutor.
What is a tutor lead credit?
A lead credit lets a tutor access and respond to a suitable student request. The cost should be visible before confirmation.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Upgrades can take effect immediately, while downgrades normally begin at the next renewal date.
Do unused allowances roll over?
Rollover depends on the selected plan. Growth and Pro include limited rollover.
Are prices shown with tax?
Applicable VAT or other taxes can be calculated from the billing address and shown before payment.
Does an institute need a plan for every branch?
Directory includes one branch. Growth and Featured Network include multiple locations.
